The vision of God for RMI is to preach the Good News Gospel of Jesus Christ locally, regionally, nationally, & internationally. (Acts 1:8) Pastor and teach men, women, and children how to be biblically victorious in every facet of life. Prepare and disciple the saints for the work of the ministry. Equip them to be Proof – Providers that Jesus Christ is alive today. Plant “Miracle Workers” in the harvest fields of the world to gather souls of men that were purchased 2000 years ago by Jesus Christ on the cross of Calvary and train them to preach, pastor, prepare and plant.

Preach – Community

The Spirit of the Lord is upon RMI because the Lord has anointed Pastors Butch and Susan LaBauve to preach the Gospel to the poor “carnal”, to heal the broken hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captive, recovery of sight to the blind, and to set at liberty those who are oppressed. To preach the acceptable year of the Lord. (Luke 4:18 – 19) RMI is called to present Jesus Christ alive to the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Area and surrounding cities. This is being accomplished by internet, literature, advertisement, television, radio, outreaches, personal relationships, and Miracle Gatherings.

Pastor – Congregation

RMI Miracle Gatherings are multi – cultural, cross – denominational, and every aged, Word based services. “Little children” (John 2:12) are being taught to yield and shape their will to God, to be confident of “sins forgiven,” “doers of the Word,” and understand “water baptism” and the “Lord’s supper.” These are submitted to weekly services and pastoral oversight, and authority.

Prepare – Committed

RMI is disciplining and training “young men” (1John 2:13-14) to renew their minds and build and shape values. This portion of our fellowship has overcome the evil one in personal habits and bondages, offense free and filled with the Holy Spirit. They are disciples of the Word, committed to daily Word studies, prayer, giving, and financial freedom.

Plant – Core

Spiritual leaders who are led by the Spirit and flow consistently in the fruits and gifts of the Spirit. Ministers who chose to be chosen (John 15:16) to do the “Greater Works Ministry.” (John 14:12) This mature group of people are “Fathers” (1 John 2:14) reproducing and raising children in the Lord. This elect group is influenced by mostly Apostles, Prophets, and teaching ministries. Servants that excel “in giving their knowledge to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.” (2 Timothy 2:2) Men and women committed to the “household of faith,” missions, and house to house relationships.
